By using the services provided by Ezzocard, you declare and affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If not, please refrain from submitting any information to us.
Users acknowledge that Ezzocard holds all rights, titles and interest pertaining to the Ezzocard site including all related intellectual property rights.
“Address Verification System” or “Address Verification Service”, or “AVS” means the service checking if the address used by the person claiming to be the holder of a credit card corresponds to the real billing address with the purpose to prevent any fraudulent actions performed with the card.
“Billing Address” means any valid or real residential address the customer chose to use at registration.
“Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any day when normal business operations are conducted.
“Card” or “Credit Card”, or “Virtual Credit Card”, or “VCC”, or “Debit Card”, or“Bankcard”, or “Bank Card” (incl. “Banking Card”, “Prepaid Card”, “Virtual Prepaid Card” or any other card mentioned in the context of the Ezzocard.com website except for "Gift Card") means any Payment Network branded debit payment instrument available for purchase on Ezzocard.com that may be delivered by Us to You.
"Gift Card" means a prepaid stored-value money card issued by a retailer and available for purchase on Ezzocard.com
“Client” or “Customer”, or “User”, or “Buyer” means a person or an entity who purchases items such as virtual prepaid cards on the Ezzocard website and use the services provided by Ezzocard.
“Card Number” means a unique number issued by a bank in the United States or Canada and digitally provided by Ezzocard.com to its Client after payment.
“CVV2” and “CVC2” means a unique security code for a particular Card digitally provided by Ezzocard.com to its client after payment.
“Cryptocurrency” (incl. “Crypto Money”, “Crypto” or “Crypto Currency”) means Bitcoin, Ethereum or any other digital asset serving as a medium of exchange and accepted for payment on the Ezzocard.com website.
“Expiry Date” (incl. “Expiration Date”) means the date until which the Card digitally provided by Ezzocard.com to its Client is valid. This date is digitally provided by Ezzocard.com after payment.
“Face Value” or “Nominal Value” means a monetary value stored on the card itself.
“Issuing Service” means Ezzocard service providing its clients with virtual prepaid cards available on the Ezzocard website.
“Online” or “On-line” refers to any actions performed on the web (on the Internet)
“Payment Method” means any payment method stipulated in the How to Pay section or on the Main page of this site and accepted for payment on Ezzocard.com.
“Payment Transaction” means a transaction of electronic money or cryptocurrencies from the the Client to Ezzocard for the purpose of purchasing one or several virtual credit cards offered and available for purchase on the Ezzocard website.
“PIN” or “PIN Code”, or “PIN Number” refers to “Personal Identification Number” and means a string of at least four digits used to unlock the credit card, complete various financial transactions, verify the card holder's identity and serving for additional security to the electronic transaction process.
“Refund” means a reimbursement of a sum of money to the customer who paid to purchase the card in accordance with Ezzocard refund policy.
“Registration” or “Card Registration” means the process of registering the data of the Card purchased by the Client from Ezzocard on the Ezzocard website, with a view to further using the Card by the Client as it deems appropriate, as well as any other actions described in the Card Balance and Registration section of this site.
“Support” or “Support Team”, or “Support Service” (incl. “Customer's Support” or “Customer Support”) means the service team of Ezzocard that will process, treat and handle the Client's inquiries and issues relating to the use of the virtual prepaid cards purchased from Ezzocard.
“Verification” (incl. “Verifying”, deriving from “Verify” ) means checking the data or information submitted.
“Website” or “Site”, or “Web Platform” (incl. “Internet Site”) means the set of Ezzocard web pages and / or mobile phone applications (APPs) accessible on www.ezzocard.com or from App Store (if available), or from Play Market (if available).
“We”, “Us” and “Our” means Ezzocard
The customer is responsible for seamlessly maintaining the network connections allowing them to access and use the Ezzocard website and its services.
Ezzocard provide virtual prepaid Visa and Mastercard bank cards ready for payment online immediately after successful registration.
All the cards that Ezzocard offers are issued by banks in the US and Canada and recognized as ordinary prepaid cards.
Ezzocard cards are available for purchase and ready for on-line use worldwide irrespective of the country the customer is currently staying in.
An automated issuing service is available 24/7 and provides virtual prepaid cards immediately after payment is accepted.
The customer receives the card as soon as the payment transaction is finished and accepted by Ezzocard. In case when the customer choose to pay with a cryptocurrency, the card is made available to them immediately after the payment transaction is confirmed.
In the event that the customer who has successfully paid the purchase fails to receive the card or cards owing to a network connection failure or disruption, or owing to a delay in collecting the cards, or owing to any other valid reason, on the next business day, Ezzocard will send the card or cards they ordered and successfully paid on the email address that the customer reports at the moment of purchasing. In the event that the customer does not report their email address, they may contact the Support Team and provide their Payment ID and other compelling proofs of the successful payment transaction to collect the cards.
Some of the cards can be registered in any name (including assumed ones) and to any billing address existing in reality. The location where card registration takes place must correspond to the country of the card issue i.e. cards denominated in USD must be registered in the United States and those in CAD must be registered in Canada. The customer must make sure that the city / zip code they provide match. Neither ID nor any other documents are required for registration.
The customer can check the card balance and statement any time directly on the Ezzocard website in the Card Registration and Balance section by using their card number and PIN to access them.
The customer acknowledges that Ezzocard virtual prepaid cards are for online use only and cannot be used to withdraw funds.
The customer is fully aware that Ezzocard cards cannot be used any merchant which does not apply a security code (CVV, CVC etc.) for authorization.
The customer is also aware that if a transaction has been declined by a merchant, the card cannot be used at this merchant for the next full 24 hours.
The customer understands that multiple dubious or suspicious transactions (authorization reversals, declined transactions, chargebacks etc.) may result in their cards being blocked. E.g., the bank will block your card(s) after 3 attempts to make a transaction which already failed on the first attempt.
The customer also acknowledges that any attempt to use Ezzocard virtual prepaid cards for any fraudulent or illegal purposes may result in their card or all of their cards being blocked.
The customer also acknowledges that no negative balance (overdraft) is possible on Ezzocard prepaid cards and any attempt to create a negative balance will be regarded as fraudulent and will result in their card or all of their cards being blocked.
The customer acknowledges that the balance remaining on a card blocked by the bank due to the customer's fault is non-refundable.
The customer also acknowledges that Ezzocard cards are not reloadable in any possible way.
The Customer is aware that in order to avoid the Card being blocked by the issuer with no possibility of recovery or refund, all payment transactions with the use of Cards denominated in US dollars including those allowing international payments must be made with the use of an IP address located in the United States (an IP address located in Canada or the United States for Cards denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD)).
The customer is fully aware that many services using recurrent payment for their subscriptions may not allow the use of any prepaid cards. The customer understands that in the event of the first and failed attempt to pay for a subscription, any subsequent attempts may result in their cards being blocked with no possibility of recovery and refund.
The customer acknowledges that all payments for goods and services on our website are made in automatic mode. The customer must ensure that the amount transferred for payment completely corresponds to the amount to be paid as it appears in the order form. The customer is fully aware that the transaction fee is not included in the total amount due and must be paid additionally.
The customers agree to Ezzocard refund policy, according to which the customer can get a refund in the amount of 90% of the card's face value within one calendar month from the date of purchase provided that the card has not been used in any possible manner (no single transaction has been made with the card) including scenarios of card debiting with subsequent return of money. The customer agrees that the refund is sent to them within 10 business days upon receiving the request for the refund.
The customer agrees that in case of an overpayment/underpayment the refund is possible only if the overpaid/underpaid amount exceeds 0.001 BTC while the transaction fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If the amount is less than 0.001 BTC, no refund is possible.
All issues concerning refunds are handled by Ezzocard Support Team.
Gift cards available for purchase on Ezzocard.com are non-refundable.
